"I cancelled my policy and the premium was debited anyway. I called for the refund because after paying the premium for my new insurance, my checking account is now overdrawn. I have been charged overdraft fees by the bank, I am being charged every day that the account is overdrawn. The answer I received when I called is "I understand, but State Farm won't refund the bank overdraft charges...." Guess what, you DON'T understand. My premiums have continued to increase over the past 2 years I've had this policy, this despite no claims being filed. I was told that "everyone's premiums are going up." You know, the commercials for State Farm emphasize customer service; perhaps it's time for your office to learn what that means because the only service you seem to have any interest in is fleecing your clients!!! If there were an option for negative stars I would choose that!"

"I am very thankful to have Andy Poulsen taking care of my car, life, renters, and umbrella insurance policies. It all started when I found out that I was driving without car insurance for 4 days after a miscommunication with my previous insurance company. I called Andy around 8 PM and by 9 PM we were sitting face to face in his office going over all the policies. By 10 PM I had a temp proof of insurance and was signed up with all four policies.
